Turns out its an auto-immune disorder.

It's the body's preemptive response to alcohol consumption.

The distorted perception of reality is from white blood cells disabling parts of the rear section of the brain that's responsible for spacial recognition and color appropriation before alcohol has a chance to feed into them and cause harm.

Now we can work on a treatment for the disorder to help these people.
