The Biohazard Effect is an intensely potent level of disease. As well as an infected individual being handy at spreading the effect among the enemy they are also prone to friendly fire in this respect. The infected individual themselves is also likely to suffer severely from the disease themselves.
Disease Cell-Sync is an Urga Element skill that grants the user or target the ability to be at one with the microbes in their body. This effectively cures the host of the disease however they can still transfer it to other lifeforms. Interestingly though the level of how contagious the disease is to others can be controlled. This way you can selectively disease enemies without contaminating your own allies.
Feed Powers have their own version of the Cell-Sync skill called Feed-Sync ( click here for more information).
