Like Fire Element has Exothermic which is a self-building runaway, Nuclear has Exofraction. Unlike Fire however Nuclear will react with almost anything and doesn't need constant fuel input. For that reason Concentration, a Precision-based skill, determines the amount of power it has, not Strength. The higher the Concentration stat, the higher it can climb while staying stable enough to avoid Meltdown. A Meltdown is when the Exofraction goes beyond the Concentration stat. In this event the Nuclear Element center will fill with Nuclear energy and unless tapped off or expelled an explosion occurs. Nuclear Element can be case in beams or waves. It both has a corrosion and burning effect, the latter of which is heat based.
Nuclear Element also has an effect called Radiation Poisoning which works similar to Disease. It enters the body via the same means.. breathing-in infected gas, ingesting infected food and drink and via skin weakpoints such as the eyes, cuts or injection. Radiation Poisoning can develop into Cancer ( link) if it is in high doses.
Feed Powers can pull or push Nuclear Element ( click here for more information).
