Y-# is military code for things in testing.
#-X means that the things tested are not officially listed.
so a Y-X means things in testing that have no classification outside the testing facility.
IVA is also a military company acronym.
-A means some sort of organisation and normally a company that has multiple branches.
I- means they deal in external affairs such as negotiations with foreign countries or intelligence gathering on those countries.
the V though eludes me.
i've never seen a v in these minicas.
i've noticed that sometimes it's written as a u though.
it could
be a collectively misunderstood typo.
u normally means universally, as in they cater for all departments on this subject.
iva therefore is probably an intelligence gathering sub-contractor for the government that deals in foreign affairs.
since they have a joint classification with y-x i presume they mostly collect intelligence on foreign military hardware.
