27 years.
Series Zero
-----
Teddy first appeared back in 1992.
Theodore had the nickname Teddy when growing up thanks to his traditional parents.
He somewhat fell into his name by having a fascination with toys, in particular the plush bears that were his namesake.
He went on to be a toy designer and later an animatronics expert as a result drawing the attention of Dr. Julian.
There he worked on the Angel project and managed to aid Jake's escape when being persued by Julian.
Later teaming up Samer Team in a mech suit fashioned like a giant teddy bear, Theo helped them fight Julian and his kids afterward.
He later died whilst aiding Samer Team's escape from the colapsing enemy base, being the only death in the run of Series Zero.
Series 2
-----
Though Theo's referenced as an engineer for Blood Lake throughout Series 2, he's never been shown or taken an active role until now.
We know that the Multigun Mech was originally intended to be the mech that Theo would use.
The person who stole it admitted that they added the armored hull and shoulder canons themselves, replacing the head to make it fit.
This turned out to be their undoing as the new head was easy to damage and therefore blind the pilot inside to the outside world.
Series 3
-----
Theo has since rebuilt the Multigun Mech the way it was intended as a giant yellow teddy bear he named "Teddy".
The cannons fire from the palms and soles of the feet as normal and the claw hand of the Multigun forms the bear's paws.
Theo now pilots this mech as a recruit of The Elite with the somewhat dew drop shape pot belly of the figure as the pilot's cabin.
In a recent episode "Teddy" was able to give Neq a hard time by mostly giving him the run around.
Teddy fought Neq because he recognised the Bonecrusher-S/R's build from when working for Blood Lake before leaving the company.
He correctly assumed the pilot of it (Marco) responsible for the fall of the company he'd worked for for many years.
However it appears that despite working for the villains for many years, Theo's intentions are and so he joined the group.
