Great work figuring that one out by the way with so little to go off.
Looks like they're the new Versus by my reckoning.

Edwin's personality is arrogant like Versus' though he's more serious and down to earth by comparison.
Edwin's robotic chest and arms has a few notable functions that will make them an interesting addition.
First their titanic grip that enables him to crush even metal gerdurs in a single hand.
Secondly the cable skills where a grenade on a cable extends from his palm that has a sword blade mace heads on the end (like a crosshead screwdriver) so it sticks into solid objects in the environment.
He can use these to swing himself around or swing other things around or simply as an improvised Manriki (weighted chain).
Of course the grenades can be detached as well so they can function as a basic javalin style sticky grenade launcher.
The grenades can be half cocked so the blade extends from his palm as a form of melee weapon like a Katar.
He also has robotic armor on his legs that support his back and can root him to the ground or levitate him inches from it.
These enable him to lift a lot of weight including using the cables to fling heavy things at his opponents.
They can be used for dashing skill for dodges and charging attacks by using the cables to grab things and pulling himself in that direction or swinging himself around objects.
Not to mention the fact that his feet can stick to objects or blast them away from him when he kicks them.
though it's not his limbs that do things, his chest has some similar functionality to his arms since it too contains the kind of cannons his arms have though it comes out of his back.
Ed is the origin of the slowburn tactic that Pow uses with his hammer so of course Ed's arm cannons and the cannon in his back can used for jet propulsion as well by using blasts to propel himself.

Though Ed never had this i think i might know what change he might have in Gen 3.
I think his feet will also have the cannons his hands have.
That would be an amazing addition to the character allowing him to grab opponents and the environment with his feet as well as using his kicks as cannon fire.
That would certainly be an adaptation worthy of Versus.
