it's kinda pop culture that made it specifically about lsd and further misconception made it about ecstasy.

well if you're passing pills to someone and you get seen then it's better to refer to the illegal pills as legal pills so people don't suspect.

if you're you'd make sure you're not seen and instead use words not to do with pills to describe them. for ample "molly" is used for ecstasy and unless you're an idiot and say something like "hey, i got molly going for <insert price here>" you can drop it into casual conversation like "hey, molly was asking for . she's over by the vending machine.".
