Manpower Stockpiling Structures have the ability to accomodate hired hands, so you can store them similar to items in a warehouse.
Using a teleportation device you can them summon them into your team during a fight or send them to your structure.
While in the structure your hired hands will heal and care for themselves using whatever wages you give them or their carers.
Bare in mind that anything your hired hand is carrying at the time will be sent with them to the structure as well.
This also means that anything they were carrying last time you had them is available to use next time you summon them.
Obviously however perishable items will expire while the hired hand is in storage.
It's also possible to set these structures to collect new hired hands for you on their own.
If you set the parameters of what you're looking for in a slot, it will be filled on it's own if not already occupied.
This will be done using whatever resources you have set aside for this action.
Farms are places where certain resources are generated constantly.
I'm reintroducing the ability to have farms within your permanent bases.
A permanent base is simply a settlement or part of one that you own and doesn't move around, as opposed to a campsite for ample.
Some farmed resources need special conditions, for ample most minerals need a mine and plants need a garden, field or greenhouse.
Obviously not all bases come with the ability to accomodate these so if you want to farm choose your base wisely.
